Healthy Foods during menstruation :-

Prefer Drinks & Food :-

1. Water :-

Drink lot of water is important even in regular life but in specially during periods its very good. It helps to stay hydrated and during periods be a hydrated is helps you to reduce dehydration headaches. Drink lots of water helps you to stop of bloating.

2. Fruit :-

Eat that fruit which is full of water rich like watermelon and cucumber, this also helps you to stay hydrated. And you feels sweet cravings than you eat sweet fruits like grapes, strawberry, orange, mango and many more, they helps you to reduce your sweet cravings.

3. Vegetables :-

In vegetables always prefer a green leaf vegetables like spinach and kale. It very helpful when your menstrual flow is heavy. That vegetables also rich in magnesium.

4. Dark chocolate :-

Dark chocolate is have iron and magnesium, also a tasty and lovable snack.

5. Nuts :-

Some nuts are have omega-3 acids, which is full of protein, also contain some vitamins and magnesium.

If you don’t like the test of nuts than try nuts based products like butter, milk and some nuts cookies.

Eating spicy food might be it’s become a reason of stomach pain. If you feel that your stomach feels struggling with spicy food than ignore that.

Having a sugar is okay but Eating too much sugar is not good, this can make your mood worst.

3. Salt :-

Much salty foods might be become a reason of bloating. Salty foods contain lot of sodium. so do avoid salty food.

4. Coffee :-

You might be struggling with headaches after having coffee. Also cause digestive issues.

5. Alcohol :-

Alcohol can be a negative effects on your body, which can exacerbate the symptoms of menstruation.

Alcohol can dehydrated you, which is a reason of headache, bloating, digestive issues, vomiting and nausea.
